Returns & Exchanges
At The Regatta Shop, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your performance on the water. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, and have all tags attached. Custom teamwear or personalized items are generally not eligible for return unless faulty.
- 2.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 3.Pack and Post
Securely package your items and send them back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service. Please include a copy of your packing slip inside the parcel.
- 4.Processing and Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
